Warranty

Par-ky givess no less than a 15 year warranty on it’s Top, Jumbo, Lounge and Designers’ product lines. No other wooden flooring is able to do better! The Par-ky woodveneer flooring is durable and easy in maintencane. The Par-ky Home line gives a 10 year warranty period.

The Par-ky warranty

1. Par-ky N.V. is responsible for manufacturing defects.

2. The warranty lasts for 15 years starting from the date of purchase. The invoice is proof of the date of purchase.

3. Par-ky must first and most importantly be correctly positioned and maintained in accordance with the above-mentioned instructions. Don’t forget that Par-ky is only suitable for domestic and light commercial use and should not be installed in damp rooms.

4. Because of its special finished toplayer it is advisable to use the following accessories for installation and for maintenance:

- The Par-ky installation kit contains 40 spacer blocks, 1 crowbar and 1 special tapping block.

- The Par-ky engineered underlay consists of a plastifoam toplayer with a closed cellular structure of high density (25 kg/m3), an LDPE-foil (80 µ) and a self-adhesive strip. It ensures an easy installation and a good acoustic result and is available in 50 sqm (538 sqft) and 15 sqm (161 sqft).

- The Par-ky Cleaner.

5. Floorpanels showing visible defects should be excluded from installation. These panels have to be exchanged at your dealer within a week after and this at no cost for you. Floorpanels with visible defects, which are nevertheless installed, are excluded from the Par-ky warranty.

6. Every lacquered wooden floor is subject to normal abrasion. This is clearly no warranty thing. If the surface is excessively damaged by normal residential use, this damage will be covered by the 15 year warranty. Also excluded from warranty: scratches, damage caused by incorrect use/maintenance, heavy impacts, humidity, accidents (such as fire, flood).

7. Abnormal abrasion and damages (apart from those mentioned under item 6) should be reported to your local dealer within 14 days after detection.

8. If the claim is accepted, Par-ky reserves the right to determine wether to repair the floor free of charge, or to deliver new floorpanels by means of compensation for the damaged parts.

9. The Par-ky guarantee is not degressive. Even if Par-ky decides to deliver replacement panels after 14 years, it is the new replacement value of the floor that is taken into account.
